Say hi to Beatriz, or Bea for short. Bea is 24 years old and has joined DPDK as a Print and Graphic Design intern. Hailing from Guarda, a small town in Portugal,
she came to the Netherlands in search of a new challenge. She has a bachelor’s degree in Art and Design and is currently on track to get a master’s degree in
Graphic Design. She has already worked at an agency back home and is looking forward to working in Holland and discovering more about Dutch culture.

Meet Anja, our new UX/UI Designer and Illustrator. Anja comes from the land where Rafiki held Simba over Pride Rock (Lion King fans know where this is!) Her spirit
animal is a mix of a sheep and a border collie. Anja finds inspiration in many things - her favorite quote is something she read on the back of a sweetener packet:
“Some people die long before they have lived.” A few things she enjoys are hitting the gym, making fun of the Helvetica font for being basic, and tucking into a tub
of ice cream.

companies.Anna moved to the Netherlands almost four years ago, which is also when she first stepped into the world of UX/UI design. She’s passionate about improving
user experiences and loves to design seamless products. Apart from her craft, she enjoys exploring new towns, reading books, watching movies, and walking in nature.

Hajrah is our new UX Design intern. She was born and raised in Pakistan and has a background in Computer Science and Multimedia Arts. Her career took many turns,
from quality assurance to visual design, before she found her way to UX design. Hajrah recently graduated from the Ironhack UX/UI Design Bootcamp. She’s looking
forward to embarking on new adventures in the Netherlands with her husband. She loves being in nature, practicing Arabic calligraphy, and abstract painting.
